Firearms Freedom Act: Has Your State Passed It?

From Political Veracity's Facebook page:

Each of the 8-states that adopted the Firearms Freedom Act thus far NULLIFIED any federal laws interfering with their state's 2nd Amendment rights. Some states have made it a felony for federal agents to attempt to enforce unlawful & unconstitutional federal regulations in their states. Tennessee led the charge in July of 2009 with an overwhelming majority vote in their House & Senate of 109-8.

FFA states are Tennessee (SB 1610), Utah (SB 11), Wyoming (HB 95), South Dakota (SB 89), Arizona (HB 2307), Idaho (HB 589), Alaska (HB 186) & Montana (HB 246). Learn more about your state at http://firearmsfreedomact.com/state-by-state/ .

Alaska's FFA was one of the last things Gov. Palin signed before leaving office.

How's YOUR state doing?
