Wow. That's a woman who gets it. I'd have loved to have been there to witness that in person.
I concur, Six; makes me wonder ... I could memorize that, but could I pull it off? Probably get more laughs than anything else, at my age. :)
AN uncle of mine who is still my favorite minister even though he's retired once said: "If you can't say it in twenty minutes, you probably shouldn't say it."Out of all of his sermons that I've heard over the course of my life, THAT I remember.
ML, I'm not surprised. An old Scottish Expositor of Hermeneutic Science (basically, "how to put a sermon together") told us, "Gen'lemen, if cannae make your poin' in 20 minutes, you nae have one."
She made her point quick though and then kept the attention just to see how long she could go. A neat trick and prolly took alot of practice.

Preppy, yes that took practice to remember it all, and to carry forward when the congregation began to interrupt with laughter or applause. She did it very, very well.Thanks, NFO. Agreed.
