For whatever reason, I managed to arrived about 15 minutes early at my office today, which turned out to be a good thing.
In my first hour, I opened offices for two tenants who'd forgotten (or lost) their keys. One of them came in at 5:15, and was waiting for me when I arrived at 6:30.
Conducted routine fire tests on both elevators, checked the HVAC system, and reset temps throughout the building, as needed.
Did financial data entry for rent checks and some bills from the weekend's mail; made copies as appropriate and faxed them to the bookkeeper.
One of my tenants moved out on Friday night (her lease was up, and she decided to retire), so I went through the suite and checked the condition of the premises. Threw away a small bit of trash which they'd missed, and gathered all the keys.
Then at 7:30, I sat down to check e-mail.
I need more coffee.
