Good advice, Guffaw. But we don't have time for that this morning. After breakfast, we'll hit the stores for our usual weekend groceries & supplies run. Then we'll see what the afternoon brings.
Midol is good for general soreness and sharp muscle aches. Even when it's the lower back. Jus' sayin'... Stay warm, stay hydrated, and get some downtime in. :-)
