It's Cold Outside

The snow wasn't nearly as much as threatened, but at least we got some. The aftermath, however, is a stiff northwest breeze, 14 degrees, and falling temps all day. Below zero tonight, high tomorrow 5 above, and low tomorrow night: -10 to -20.

Time to break out the parka.

And now, it's off to Saturday morning shopping.

We are having a mild winter along Front Range Colorado. Too much bare ground. Not good for the winter wheat or next summer's water.

WSF - the four inches (give or take) that this front produced is the only snow we've received since mid-November, if memory serves. Lots of bare ground and/or icy patches here; not good at all.

R.e. your temps - ow.

PH - I know; it's colder than a lot of other places get. Normal here, though.
